Why Have Ginny as Your Coach?
Five years ago, Ginny found herself at a crossroads. As a woman in her 50s, with a long and successful career in education, she began asking herself a simple but powerful question:
“What next?”
She knew there was more she wanted to explore, but perhaps, like so many of us, she hadn’t quite found the courage to take those first steps.
Then Ginny experienced coaching for herself.
It was a transformational experience. Coaching gave her the space to reflect, to challenge her own thinking and, most importantly, to discover the bravery that had been within her all along. It encouraged her to explore dreams, ambitions and possibilities that had been tucked away deep inside, some of which she had never dared to consider.
And what a difference those conversations made!
Since being coached, Ginny has stepped onto pathways she might never have imagined. She now co-hosts the podcast Catching Up with Sarah and Ginny, speaks nationally as a keynote speaker, and has qualified as a Life Coach with The Coaching Academy.
But perhaps the most important thing Ginny discovered was that sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us, ask the right questions and help us find the courage to take that next step.
Now, Ginny wants to offer others the same opportunity.
She is passionate about helping people discover the bravery within themselves, recognise their potential and begin to breadcrumb their way towards new adventures and unexplored pathways.
At the heart of Ginny’s coaching is her lifelong mantra:
“Follow the Empathy Road.”
This belief is woven into every coaching conversation. Ginny offers a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can think freely, explore possibilities and begin to uncover those ambitions that may have been quietly waiting beneath the surface.
She doesn’t believe in telling people which direction to take. Instead, she believes in walking alongside them, helping them discover their own answers and giving them the confidence to explore what might come next.
Because sometimes the pathway we most want to follow is the one we haven’t yet been brave enough to consider.
And sometimes, all it takes is that first breadcrumb.
